Good Neighbors Mozambique is looking for a Sponsorship Services Division Officer to be based in Macia, Gaza Province.
DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Sponsorship Services Division Officer
Reporting directly to:SSD Manager
Location: Macia
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Management of Sponsorship program (CIF, ACL, APR, GML, Case Management)
- Management of local volunteer group
- Assisting other Community development activities
- Other tasks giving by the employer
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in social sciences or related fields is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English, Portuguese, and the local language (both spoken and written)
PERSON SPECIFICATION
ESSENTIAL
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 01 (one) year of professional experience in the program area of the child
- Knowledge and understanding of working with the child is an advantage
- Innovative, and creative thinking and mentality in problem solving
- Age Between 18 to 35 years old
DESIRABLE
Special Skills, Aptitude or Personality Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and to establish harmonious and effective working relationships with community.
- Willingness to travel to rural areas
- Professional, motivated, open, creative, mature, responsible, flexible, culturally sensitive.
Any Other Special Requirements:
- Knowledge of computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, Power-point present
