Good Neighbors Mozambique is looking for a Sponsorship Services Division Officer to be based in Macia, Gaza Province.

 

DESCRIPTION

 

Job Title: Sponsorship Services Division Officer

Reporting directly to:SSD Manager

Location: Macia

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Management of Sponsorship program (CIF, ACL, APR, GML, Case Management)
  • Management of local volunteer group
  • Assisting other Community development activities
  • Other tasks giving by the employer

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in social sciences or related fields is highly preferred.
  • Fluency in English, Portuguese, and the local language (both spoken and written)

PERSON SPECIFICATION

ESSENTIAL

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 01 (one) year of professional experience in the program area of ​​the child
  • Knowledge and understanding of working with the child is an advantage
  • Innovative, and creative thinking and mentality in problem solving
  • Age Between 18 to 35 years old

DESIRABLE

Special Skills, Aptitude or Personality Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and to establish harmonious and effective working relationships with community.
  • Willingness to travel to rural areas
  • Professional, motivated, open, creative, mature, responsible, flexible, culturally sensitive.

 

Any Other Special Requirements:

  • Knowledge of computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, Power-point present
